Frequently Asked Questions

1) Minimum Order? We dont have a Minimum Order, however our clothing is sold in packs, (usually in Packs of 12), and you will have to buy the whole pack, however you will only need to buy 1 pack as a minimum order.

2) Why are Labels Cut Out on some goods? Some of our goods were originally made for Exchainstore/Designer Brands, therefore to be able to sell these to you at much cheaper prices, we must remove the labels. We take great care in making sure the labels are removed but if for some human error you find a label still intact - YOU MUST REMOVE THE LABEL BEFORE RESALE - otherwise you will possibly be facing a fine and we do not take responsibility for this.

3) Types of Payment we Accept? We Now Accept PAYPAL Payments. We also accept either: Credit or Debit Card, Bank Transfer, (we always wait for funds to be cleared before sending out goods).

4) When will we Receive our Goods? We process our orders on a daily basis, Monday to Friday, and we aim to get our orders sent out within a week. However please allow upto 10 working days to receive your order. We will notify you, if we know there is going to be an unexpected delay from our side, before the parcel is sent. However we do not take any responsibility when delays occur due to the fault of the Delivery Service. We do not send out goods until full payment has been cleared.

5) Do you Ship Goods Abroad? Yes we do ship goods abroad to many countries. Please call us for shipping rate quotes.

6) Who pays VAT? VAT is charged at 20% current rate and all our prices are quoted excluding VAT but the VAT is added at the Checkout. If you are a customer that is from a country that is outside the EU then VAT will not be charged, however you may be liable for import duties. If you are from a country within the EU, then you will need to supply us with your VAT number and you will not be charged with VAT. There is no VAT on childrenswear.

7) Can we use your pictures or images? Yes you can use our images if you would like to sell our goods.

8) New Customer Limits? New Customer Limits For New Customers, please call us first if you would like to spend over £1000.
